About

Marcelino Barsi’s practice is the result of an improvised and, sometimes, accidental use of residual materials, directly extracted from his immediate surroundings. His works suggest a poetic way of experiencing daily life, through the juxtaposition of seriousness and humour. Barsi is currently based in Cholula, Mexico. He has an MFA in Studio Arts from Concordia University.
